A notice appeared in numerous locations throughout the building today. It listed four rules “in accordance with Bylaw 7.24.”
So now I am wondering:
- Commercial activities?
- If only “owners and residents” may use the exercise room, why would guests be escorted by owners? As helpers, observers, or what?
- Move a treadmill? To where? How?
